Khoya Chand Barfi – A luxurious take on Bikaneri Barfi, made with rich evaporated milk solids (Khoya) and infused with aromatic green cardamom, offering a dense, creamy texture that melts in the mouth. Finished with a delicate layer of silver varq, it symbolizes the new moon that marks the beginning of the Islamic calendar.

Pista Chand Barfi – Crafted from the finest Pishori Pistachios, this barfi boasts an intense nutty flavour with a fudge-like, slightly grainy texture. A touch of green cardamom enhances its richness, while a hint of silver varq on its tip adds elegance to this treat.
