The Curator's Reserve
A celebration of cashew, explored through different flavours and forms.
The Curator’s Reserve brings together cashew in a variety of expressions. Jaggery Kaju Katli pairs the familiar nuttiness of cashew with the deeper character of jaggery, while Curry Leaves Cashew, Spiced Cashew and Black Pepper Cashew offer distinct savoury interpretations.
